Japan's turbocharger makers will expand capacity in China. The company plans to add seven times as much production to two million units by 2016, while IHI will expand its capacity by an a-verage of 15 to 20 percent a year. In China, the use of turbochargers with small displacement speeds will need to be expanded as environmental constraints intensify.
